Fyber Labs

Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fyber Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using fyberlabs.com and our related services. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Contact and account information. When you fill out our contact form or request repository access, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company name as provided.

Order information. When you make a purchase, we collect the details you provide at checkout — including name, billing/shipping address, and order contents — to fulfill your order. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store raw card numbers.

Usage data. We may collect basic server-side request metadata (IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp) for security and fraud prevention purposes. We do not use third-party web analytics trackers.

Local storage. Our cart uses your browser’s local storage to preserve cart contents between sessions. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us until you proceed to checkout.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill product orders and consulting engagements.
  • Create and manage customer records in our internal CRM (Odoo, hosted on our own infrastructure at erp.fyberlabs.com).
  • Respond to contact and support inquiries.
  • Comply with legal obligations including US export control requirements (ITAR / EAR) and verify eligibility for restricted products.
  • Prevent fraud and maintain platform security.
  • Send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you check out, you are submitting your payment details directly to Stripe’s secure, PCI-DSS-compliant environment. We receive a confirmation of the transaction and basic order metadata from Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or raw bank details.

4. CRM and Order Data (Odoo)

Contact form submissions and completed orders are recorded in our self-hosted Odoo CRM and ERP system. This data is stored on infrastructure we operate and control. We retain order and contact records for as long as required by law and for legitimate business purposes (typically seven years for financial records).

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to persist your shopping cart between sessions. We do not currently set any third-party tracking cookies. If we add session or analytics cookies in the future, this policy will be updated before doing so.

6. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We share your information only with the following service providers as necessary:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Azure — hosting infrastructure for our web applications and internal systems.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process request metadata as traffic passes through its network.

We may disclose information to law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law, court order, or to enforce US export control obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit, Azure Key Vault for secrets management, and role-based access controls on our internal systems. While we take security seriously, no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our site and services are directed to adults and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us via our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that some records may be retained to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current effective date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
